Med-Plast 2000 Kft. has been present in the plastics industry for more than three decades. We started as a family-owned business, and today our manufacturing facility integrates the development, tooling, and injection moulding of technical plastic components into a unified system.
Continuous development, human values, and industrial precision still define our daily work. By preserving tradition while introducing new technologies – including 3D printing, 3D industrial scanning, and engineering services – we align with the future of the industry and work every day for the success of our partners.
Our Story
1992
1992 – The company was founded as Ifj. Péter Technika Bt., specialising in plastic injection moulding and tooling. These two core activities have remained essential to our operation ever since.
1997
1997 – With growing demand and a broader customer base, Med-Plast 2000 Kft. was established to provide a higher level of service and increased capacity for industrial partners.
2020
2020s – A decade of renewal, digitalisation, and automation. We implemented one administrative technology and expanded our range of services to include 3D industrial scanning, 3D printing, engineering services, and product development.

Production Facility
Our manufacturing plant covers an area of 1,000 m², complemented by a 240 m² warehouse. We currently operate eight injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 200 kN to 4000 kN, offering a maximum injection capacity of 1,400 cm³.
Production takes place in two shifts with a team of ten skilled professionals. All our manufacturing processes are fully documented, and the ISO 9001 quality management system ensures consistent quality. The facility’s energy-efficient operation is supported by a solar power system, and our machinery is continuously modernised toward automation.
Innovation and R&D
At Med-Plast 2000 Kft., innovation is part of our everyday work philosophy. Our research and development activities have led to our own patented design: the wave-roof solar panel spacer, which allows for drilling-free installation and has gained international recognition.
In recent years, we have participated in several innovation projects across various industries:
– Space: development and production of injection-moulded components for devices used in cultivating oxygen-producing algae.
– Healthcare: development of components for diagnostic and testing equipment, helping our partners bring products to market faster through optimised injection moulding.
– Building engineering: production of specialised plastic components for which Med-Plast 2000 Kft. possesses the only suitable technology in Hungary.
We maintain active collaborations with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, the University of Miskolc, and the University of Pannonia.
